Wisdom isn’t just something we gain with age. It is something we steward with purpose.
Wisdom Wednesdays is a monthly Zoom gathering hosted by the Texas Christian Chamber of Commerce and facilitated by executive coach and ministry leader, Stan Goss. These conversations explore what it means to grow in spiritual maturity, live with Kingdom perspective, and pass on wisdom to the next generation of leaders.
Rooted in Proverbs 16:31 — “Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained in a righteous life.” — this series highlights the biblical vision of spiritual eldership: a life that continues to grow, encourage, and influence others.
Each session will offer biblical insight, Spirit-led reflection, and practical encouragement for living with purpose today. Together we will explore themes such as spiritual maturity, the role of elders in leadership, and the importance of restoring intergenerational connection within the Church and the marketplace.
As Stan often reminds us, the goal is not retirement from calling, but continued growth in wisdom, love, and influence as we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
